It’s a tool offered by Healthbeat to help public health and health care employers find great talent, and to help health professionals find available jobs. Recruiters rely on the Healthbeat Jobs Board to connect with the best, most engaged candidates in health. They post a wide range of jobs, including positions at health care facilities (clinics, hospitals, doctor’s offices) and jobs at other organizations working on public health and health care issues (nonprofit agencies, food banks, community organizers, etc.).

Where are these jobs posted?
All jobs are posted on the Healthbeat Jobs Board, which is promoted on Healthbeat’s national news homepage and local pages. Job seekers can view all current listings, or sort by geography, and apply for jobs. Recruiters can log in to post current openings and manage their listings.

How much does it cost to post a job?

  • A single 30-day job posting costs $199
  • A featured job posting costs an additional $100

Do you offer discounts?

What is a featured job posting?
Featuring job posts is a powerful way to increase the visibility of your post: more candidates will see your job! When you buy a featured job, the posting is displayed:

  • at the top of the Jobs Board
  • on every page that people see when they are reviewing other jobs
  • in a prominent placement on the national and local homepages of healthbeat.org
  • in local email newsletters reaching thousands of our most dedicated readers

What is a bulk pack?
A bulk pack consists of five 30-day job postings. Each credit counts as one job posting. You do not have to spend the bulk pack all at once. After you purchase it, you’ll have the credit on your account and the option to publish the postings at any time you wish.

How do I pay for a job posting?
You can pay for a job posting using a credit card or request an invoice to pay by check. To inquire about other payment options, e-mail the jobs board support team at [email protected].

How do I get invoiced for a job posting purchase?
If you would like to be invoiced for your purchase, please e-mail [email protected].

How will I know when my job has expired?
You will receive an e-mail five days before your posting expires, and you’ll have the option to renew for an additional 30 days. You will also receive an e-mail notifying you when your post officially expires, and again you’ll have the option of logging into your Jobs Board account to relist the posting.

How can I relist a posting?

  • Visit My Dashboard and login.
  • Click on Ended/Expired to view your postings that are not active.
  • Click Relist

How do I edit a job listing or remove it from the site?
